Victoria sponge cakes

Ingredients:

  • 175 gms spoke vegetable spread
  • 175 gms flour
  • 175 gms sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence 
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda



Method:
  1. Whisk the stoke spread, egg, castor sugar and vanilla essence.
  2. Add the sieved flour, baking powder and soda powder.
  3. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Preheat the oven @ 175C for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the batter any required tins. 
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
