- 200 g unsalted butter
- 200 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla essenc
- Melt butter and chocolate chips in a deep pan @ low heat.
- Add sugar to fully mix.
- Let it cool.
- Add eggs one by one and mix well.
- Add the flour and stir.
- Add vanilla essence and mix well.
- Pour in pan and bake it @175C for 25 minutes.
- Bake until the sides of the cake pull in.
- Let it cool and then transfer to a cake plate.
